It's a tumbleweed.
You know, those bushes that ain't got no root and
that creep around, carried by the wind.
This guy would better move along before next train comes.

Two other nice folks I met on the train from Utah to Oregon.
Philipp, on the right, lives in Mexico and loves Europe.
Our train got delayed by... 7 hours. Yes!

And this is... Portland!
Really-really nice city.
